Refund and Returns Policy

Our Go Cenforce pharmacy offers complete customer satisfaction. To ensure a hassle-free experience and add patrons who can trust us, we offer easy returns and refunds.

1. In case the contents of the order delivered are damaged, not what you ordered or the order is not received, please raise a concern in our customer care section for us to process your refund.
2. The products can be returned only if they are in good condition, for the same reason our pick-up representative would go through the contents thoroughly before picking up the returns. The products have to be unused and unsealed (return charges may apply).
3. The batch number of the product to be returned should match with batch number of the product mentioned in the invoice.
4. The products to be returned should not have been tampered with. They should have all the original packaging intact to process easy returns.
5. The refund can take from 7-10 business days to reflect in your account statement. In case the amount is not reflected within the said duration, please raise a concern with our customer support.
6. While we at Go Cenforce strive to offer a seamless experience, certain products cannot be returned or refunded. For the same reason please read the description properly.

Return Process:

1. For concerns related to returning or refunds, please get in touch with us through our customer support section or write to us at info@gocenforce.com
2. The support team would verify the grievance or claims of the customer within 48 hours of the complaint.
3. Once verified, the Customer has to send it back to our warehouse and the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. The customer will have to keep the products with the original and validate the contents.
5. Post return, a refund would be initiated once the products have been received by the supplier.

Refund Process:

In case of a validated return order, the refund shall be made within 7-10 business days. The customer could choose to take the refund as Go Cenforce Credits or could opt for a fund transfer to their bank account.
